 Chesapeake Bay Industries, Inc. has produced wiping cloths for the Navy since the 1980s. These wiping cloths are used for flushing and cleaning nuclear machinery located on nuclear submarines. These wiping cloths adhere to the Military Specification – MIL-DTL-24671C (SH). Following a stringent military specification, Chesapeake Center provides the Navy with on-time delivery and top notch quality work.
Cloths are cut from 100% American made cotton. Edges are machine serged and hand trimmed and shaken. Work is performed by adults with various disabilities.
